Languege differences.

English:

BM:

Direct translation: Please take notice, fogging will be delayed if the weather is not well.

Mandarin:

Direct translation: If it rains, fogging will be held on a later date.

Why is it that the English and BM notice, say 'weather', whereas the Mandarin notice say 'rain'????
Isn't there a Mandarin way to say 'weather'??

Ja-ne!!
